Percent in Pictures

Using pattern blocks to explore percentages. Students build and analyze patterns, describing the colors in their pictures in terms of fraction, decimal and percent.

Students buy problems and sell back their solutions making a profit. More difficult problems cost more, but have a higher profit margin. Students can review concepts at their chosen level of challenge in an engaging way.
